Love these women's panties. Hugs your curves without cutting in and leaving bulges. Very smooth fit, super comfy, no riding up or wedgies. I bought these because of heavy periods, and also after having a baby I sometimes have incontinence issues. These are by no means going to hold as much as a diaper, but they will protect you if you have some leakage here and there. I always wear them to work in case I get my period unexpectedly (surprise!) and I keep an extra pair with me so I can change them if need be. They have served their purpose by (more than once) helping me to avoid an embarrassing situation. Highly recommend.
